On July 20, 2002 the Council Officers for the Columbian Year 2002 - 2003 were installed in a moving ceremony lead by the Worthy District Deputy George Fontaine, and with the assistance of the wives and relatives of the officers. We were also honored with the presence of the State Secretary our own Richard G. Head Sr.
